The Kelowna real estate market is HOT! Our available housing inventory is currently sitting at an all-time low and as the market continues to heat up in larger cities (Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, and Saskatchewan) the effects will inevitably permeate into the Okanagan. In other development news, one of our premier developments, West Harbour, was awarded Community of the Year at the 2013 Tommie Awards this past February. We are thrilled to have been a part of the process that led them to this point. West Harbour developer (and one of our consistent partners), Troika Developments, also received Tommie Gold for ‘Best Customer Service’ and ‘Builder of the Year’. Congratulations to all the 2013 Winners!
We officially launched our new Fortune Marketing website yesterday! We are so happy with how it turned out. Another collaboration with the very talented Matt from Showcase Real Estate Photography. He came in and took some photos of the team, including our CDO- Chief Dog Officer- Dexter, and our office. We’re not sure how, but between our giggling fits and trying to get Dexter to look at the camera, he managed to get some great shots! Check us out!
We were at the Canadian Home Builder’s Association Home Show this weekend with three of our developments: Skyview Terraces, Green Square andWest Harbour. The show was a huge success and we had tons of prizes to give away courtesy of H20 Fitness Adventure Centre, Barry’s Mobile Marine Services, White’s BBQ + Fireplace Centre, Rayburn’s Marine World and BC Tree Fruits! Kelowna native, Jillian Harris was there discussing design trends for 2014. Thank you to everyone who came by to visit us!
