Strap on a pair of snowshoes and explore the variety of trails available in Lake Country’s backyard. The Spion Kop Trail is popular among locals for its spectacular views. From the summit, you will be able to see Okanagan Lake, Ellison Lake, Wood Lake, and a bit of Kal Lake.
The Raven Ridge Trailhead is just 10 minutes from Lakeside Estates.
Downhill enthusiasts can enjoy the infamous Champagne Powder at Silver Star and Big White Resorts within a 45-minute and 1-hour drive from Lakeside Estates, respectively. Thanks to the early snowfall and a sizeable snow base, the lifts at both resorts will start turning this week for what is set to be a bumper season – see you on the slopes!
