In the Media- Skyview Terraces Featured in the Capital News

Did you see yesterday’s version of the Capital News-Kelowna showcasing Skyview Terraces?! The new “Home” section of the Capital News offers home buyers and sellers a feature look at local real estate developments and they chose to put the spotlight on Skyview Terraces!!!

The article focuses on the uniqueness of the Skyview development. How it is loaded with features that are not common in other townhome development such as a built in central vacuum system, heated towel bars, quartz kitchen counter tops, geothermal heating and of course the rooftop patio.

I spent a lot of time in Europe and was seeing new styles and construction ideas…and I thought, ‘Why not try some of these in Canada?’ If we like it, there is a pretty good chance others will like it too.
