Looks like people want the townhouse lifestyle in what’s now being called the Glenmore urban centre in Kelowna.
The Grove, a development of 52 townhouses adjacent to the commercial district at Glenmore and Kane roads, including the Coopers and IGA grocery stores, Starbucks, McDonalds and Tim Hortons, launched last week.
Seventeen of the 52 units sold at pre-completion prices starting at $359,900 for two-and-three bedroom layouts.
The first phase of townhouses will be ready for move-in in May.
The sales centre is open daily at 1940 Kane Rd. from noon to 4 p.m.
The developer is OCorp, which also built the nearby Mosaic condominium complex.
