Business Examiner- Troika Developments

The Thompson/Okanagan Business Examiner recently did a 3-page article on Troika Developments & a few of their current projects including West Harbour Kelowna, The Gate Townhomes & Green Square Townhomes.

Troika Developments works to create sustainable communities.

Troika CFO Brad Klassen told the Examiner: ” Our construction quality is very high. That’s something we’ve always done…it costs us more but I think it shows that this is a quality product and a quality community.”

Klassen continues: “…it goes back to building communities. It’s looking at every project and asking, how can we best put this together so that people will want to live here and they will feel they have moved into a a community where they are valued and where they feel like they belong?”
