Construction Update at 4071 Lakeshore

The Fortune Marketing team took the opportunity for a private tour and construction update of the final two homes available at 4071 Lakeshore. #101 & #102 and the building in general are progressing nicely. Here are some key milestones:

Stucco & Exterior Detailing

The building resembles the artist’s renderings more and more with each day that goes by. The stunning facade of white stucco with glass, steel and exposed concrete accents complements the timeless aesthetic of the Lower Mission’s Lakeshore road neighbourhood.

Pool & Gym-House

The pool and gym-house foundation has been poured. The pebble-tec finish will be completed once the weather permits, and the gym-house, once complete, will feature a water fountain and outdoor shower!

Drywall, Mudding & Taping

#101 & #102 have been drywalled throughout, with mudding and taping happening this week! HVAC work has also commenced. 

Cabinets, Tiling and more…

Cabinet work has begun off-site, with installation anticipated to start by the end of the month. The tiles have arrived on site and are ready for installation. 

Sidewalks & Fencing

The sidewalks, entrance concrete fencing and garage access landings have all been poured, along with the white aluminum fencing on the southern perimeter of the property are now in place.
