The Fortune Marketing team took the opportunity for a private tour and construction update of the final two homes available at 4071 Lakeshore. #101 & #102 and the building in general are progressing nicely. Here are some key milestones:
Stucco & Exterior Detailing

Pool & Gym-House

Cabinet work has begun off-site, with installation anticipated to start by the end of the month. The tiles have arrived on site and are ready for installation.
Sidewalks & Fencing
The sidewalks, entrance concrete fencing and garage access landings have all been poured, along with the white aluminum fencing on the southern perimeter of the property are now in place.
