New Kelowna Development Wants to Pay your Strata Fees for an Entire Year!
It’s no secret that living in one of Canada’s major metros comes with a hefty price tag.
Beautiful as it may be, owning a home in Vancouver is far from affordable. If you can believe it, the cost of housing in Vancouver has steadily outpaced that of New York City, a notoriously expensive place to call home,
by 200% since 2000.
The good news is, for those beginning to question the merits of pricey downtown living (especially when being a single dweller in the city means forking out on average $2,234.80 a month on rent), there is a slew of other great, affordable options in BC that offer a lot of the same perks for so much less.
Enter: Kelowna development, Eden Kelowna.
In recent years, condo developments have far from lacked in their creative approaches toward luring Vancouverites to new neighbourhoods (and even new cities). Most recently, Eden is offering a limited-time promotion that involves paying the strata fees of all new condo buyers for an entire year.
Part of Eden’s mission has been to provide residents with many of the benefits of urban living without the financial headache, which means not having to uproot your lifestyle if you uproot your living situation.
Units start in the high-$200,000 range without any shortage of enticing features.
All units are fully equipped with private outdoor patios with views of surrounding nature, underground parking to keep vehicles safe and cool, and in-suite laundry – including the washer and dryer.
Some unexpectedly bougie features — like the textured quartz concrete-finished countertops and freestanding soaker tubs — have also been incorporated into the finishing touches of most of the condo units. Also not to be overlooked are the Samsung stainless steel and hide-away appliances, vinyl plank flooring, open concept kitchen, and double vanity clad washrooms.
