Kelowna, BC, Friday January 9, 2015: The Fortune Marketing Office has relocated to a brand new downtown office and people are taking notice. The highly visible new location at the corner of Lawrence and Water is getting the company exactly the exposure they anticipated and securing Fortune’s position among Kelowna’s major Real Estate Players.
A different kind of real estate company, Fortune Marketing’s business model is unique to Kelowna, in that they focus solely on new developments and not resale real estate. “To my knowledge we are the only company in Kelowna that is strictly doing sales and marketing for new developments” says Fortune Marketing Co-Founder Don Warkentin.
