We are looking for a Senior Sales Person to join our team in the Osoyoos area for an exciting development in the South Okanagan!
Are you a hardworking and enthusiastic real estate salesperson with an excellent track record in sales? Do you have a magnetic personality, and are able to close the deal?
Fortune Marketing is a dynamic Real Estate Marketing and Sales team and we are looking for an experienced real estate project sales representative to help us continue to provide the best in real estate services. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, understands the sales process and has an eye on the real estate market.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have sound judgment, enormous energy, enthusiasm and integrity. You should possess:
* A successful and proven sales history
* Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
* Self-motivation and drive
* Great people skills
* A British Columbia Real Estate License – Trading Services
* A valid British Columbia Driver’s License
* Start date May 1, 2013
We offer a casual work environment, a base salary and an extremely competitive commission structure. Luxury SUV, vehicle expenses (gas and Insurance), and cellphone will be provided. The right candidate will receive 5 star accommodations (if relocation is required).
