Strongest October in 4 Years for Home Sales in BC

For Immediate Release the BC Real Estate Association has just posted that BC has had its strongest October in 4 years. Up 26.5% from October 2012, BCREA reports that a total of 6,673 residential sales have been recorded. This is really good news for Fall sales in BC as the average provincial price was $540,432 -making this year up 6.3% from last year.

Home sales are not slowing down for the fall market as the statistics show that sales are increasing, with the help of lower mortgage rates.
