SENIOR REAL ESTATE PROJECT SALES MANAGER:

Fortune Marketing is a dynamic Real Estate Marketing and Sales team and we are looking for an experienced real estate project Sales Manager to help us continue to provide the best in real estate services for our exciting developments in Kelowna!

Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Sales Manager will manage the presales of a development.  Build rapport with your team, developer and prospective buyers while selling new homes. You are goal oriented, hard working, self-motivated and proud to be part of the best sales force in real estate.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have sound judgment, enormous energy, enthusiasm and integrity. You should possess:

  • Licensed Realtor® is mandatory
  • A successful and proven sales history
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Great people skills
  • A valid British Columbia Driver’s License and presentable vehicle.

Key qualifications:

  • Experience in the Kelowna market & British Columbia. Experience in Vancouver, Calgary, or other major market is an asset.
  • Provide your own expertise and knowledge of the local real estate market;
  • Goal setting with positive attitude.
  • Good listener and reliable.
  • Quick at connecting with people and building trusting relationships.
  • Able to manage client relationships and achieve above market results.
  • Strong work ethic with exceptional attention to detail, multi-task and be extremely organized.
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft office, capable of using Gmail, saving & organizing your files.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience working as part of a sales team selling new homes and a track record of success

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales management and administrative responsibilities as needed.
  • Mentor and manage, manage and motivate the sales people on your team.
  • Present the product in a professional and courteous manner. Accurately describe the product to prospects and buyers; Complete and incomparable product knowledge.
  • Supervise MLS and administration.
  • Stay on top of changes to contracts, mortgage rates, legal documents, tax changes, etc.
  • Ensure all leads, email, telephone messages and registrants for your project are handled within 24 hours of receipt. Qualify prospects.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to potential home buyers, give them all the information they need to make a buying decision, build a trusting relationship and give them every opportunity to buy.
  • Book appointments for showings. Stay after hours if a prospect can’t make it in during open hours.
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyer agents.
  • Report outgoing sales efforts, site traffic including demographics to management and sellers.
  • Generate and manage firm sales contracts in accordance with monthly sales goals.
  • Work cooperatively with the marketing department to let them know what’s working and what’s not and how visitors hear about the project.
  • Registering prospects in CRM, updating customer relations, and sales information in appropriate fields.
  • Reviewing all purchase agreements to ensure all documents are completed properly and distribution of the purchase agreements to all required parties.
  • Following up on information needed for purchase agreements.
  • Ensuring purchase deposits are received in whole and on time.
  • Ensure sales centre and display suites are always in presentable condition;
