“My wife and I seem to have made a career lately of flying out to the Okanagan in search of the perfect home, and up until our discovery of Oceola we had no luck at all. We have probably visited most of the new build Townhome sites in the area, from Vernon to Kelowna and of course Lake Country, and despite our search had not come up with anything that we liked or vaguely resembled the marketing literature we had seen.
We drove past the Oceola Landing development and decided to stop in, and we are sure glad we did. Immediately when you drive into the complex you notice that the existing units are spaced nicely and not crammed into an impossibly small area.
We popped into the show home and were met by the Oceola Property Specialist, who after 5 minutes of chatting with decided we instantly liked and trusted. After a tour of the show home and another home in the development, we were sold on the amazing finish and layout of these new homes, we just needed that lakeview!
The Property Specialist advised that there was a million-dollar view at the end of the complex although the houses were not yet built, so we all wandered down to the site where they will be built. Here we met Oceola developer Merlin of The Kofoed Group, who we also decided we instantly liked and happily answered all of our questions.
The rest, as they say, is history, by the time we had all walked back to the show home we wrote the cheque and signed the contract for our new home!
We are thrilled with our purchase, my wife is now working with Rebekah on the minor changes we have asked for and now it is just a matter of patiently waiting for the move-in day!
