We’re excited to welcome our first owners’ home SOON!
Our Team stopped by for a visit last week to see the progress on-site at Lakeside Estates. SEE below for a few snapshots!
October Phase One Construction Update
The lighting fixtures installation had just started (and couldn’t be turned on yet) but JUST LOOK at the exceptional natural light!
Driveways were being prepared for the concrete pour this week. Tiles are being installed in the showers, laundry rooms, ensuite, and all bathrooms in Buildings 1, 2, and 3. Windows, doors, and patio doors are installed in all 5 Buildings. The cabinets and countertops are installed in Buildings 1, 2 and 3.
The kitchen pantry shelving intalls has started, and the vinyl plank flooring installation is underway. We just LOVE the extra large windows in the spacious den, and throughout the home, making everything so bright!
It’s the extras that truly make the difference, like the counters, shelving, and porcelain tile … even the laundry room. The Navien on-demand hot water systems are installed. Deck railings are in the works – and the glass for the 2 x patios will be installed this week!
