Skyview Terraces Celebrates the Completion of their Showhome!

Kelowna, BC, Monday July 7, 2014: Fortune Marketing Inc., announced that one of its projects, Skyview Terraces – a distinctly European townhome community located at the corner of Clifton and Clement- will be having a Grand Opening event to unveil their recently completed, stunning, new show homes. The event will be held this Saturday July 12, from noon-4 pm.
Once complete, Skyview Terraces will include 40 townhomes. Wim Zuydervelt, one half of the development company, Molenbeek Ventures Development Corporation (along with his partner Paul Teeuwen), says of the unique features showcased in this development, “I spend a lot of time in Europe and was seeing new styles and construction ideas that were coming on stream there and I thought, ‘Why not try some of these in Canada?’ If we like it, there is a pretty good chance others will like it too.”
Both developers have a keen eye for detail, and wanted to build something innovative, unlike other townhome developments. “We were looking to build something that would be the best, something we could be proud of to build. And I am proud of what we have done with these town homes.”
