Steps to Own at Haven Villas

The first purchase opportunity for Haven Villas will be this THURSDAY September 22nd at 12:00 sharp!

Sales will be on a first come, first served basis.

STEPS TO OWN:

1. Review:  Due to overwhelming interest, we encourage you to review the features and finishes & floor plans in advance of Thursday’s purchase opportunity.
2. Select: We encourage you to have several home selection options in mind.
3. Deposit: Please come prepared with a personal cheque for your initial deposit.
4. Arrival: The Sales Gallery will operate out of the Fortune Marketing Real Estate Gallery at 305 Lawrence Ave in downtown Kelowna. Pay parking is available on Lawrence Ave as well as in the adjacent Chapman Parkade.
