In order for the condominium highrise formerly known as Lucaya to be built, prices have come down and the unit count has gone up.
The tower, which was abandoned into receivership with only one floor built in 2008, will still stretch 21 storeys into the sky, but the number of condos will go from 86 to 150.
The Project will also get a new name, but it hasn’t been announced yet.
