More coverage on the revival of the Lucaya Project, ” It’s going to be a 21 storey tower which is the same as before, and pre-sales will start about mid-April” says Fortune Marketing Founder Don Warkentin.
The Lucaya Project has been sitting abandoned since 2008 when the developer at the time was unable to secure further financing. Now a Vancouver developer is moving forward with the project and will basically build it as originally planned.
